Karla F. Kapssof. was born in Brazil where she lived with her small family. In Brazil she graduated in Classical Ballet at 18 years old and decided to focus on learning how to speak English.
She immigrated to America and became a permanent resident. She has been living in San Diego since her arrival to the United States in December 2002.
Her career started as a full time nanny for a lovely family of five. After succeeding in the position and being motivated by her supervisors, Karla F. K. decided to take her decoration skills more seriously and currently attends the Design Institute of San Diego for a Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts of Interior Design.
Karla started working for San Diego Project Heart Beat in December 2004. “San Diego Project Heart Beat is one of the best things that have happened in my life”. – says Karla F. K.
She is the Office Manager for the nationally recognized Public Access Defibrillator Program and has grown in her skills along with community awareness in the importance of Public Access Defibrillation.
